First of all, let me say that I really enjoy the setting and composition you have here. It's playful, it's energetic and works well with the contrast. That being said, there are a lot of technical details that do not do this vision of your justice. This is mainly because there isn't really any proper focus on the subject. It might not seem extremely unsharp, but it's enough to make me squint and not look at the photo. Which is a pity, because like I said, it's a good setting and composition. This is something that especially on a digital camera and a lens with auto-focus should be extremely easy. Just make sure you set the auto-focus points where your model is (preferably the head) and anticipate the movements and gestures they'll make. I think you already managed that by pressing the release at this moment, but you need to make sure you're prepared for that decisive moment. Once you have that, you'll be amazed at the awesome shots you'll make. So keep going
